Shipping Information

Terms & Conditions
Our goal is to provide the highest quality shopping experience both in our store and on our on-line store. We will treat our customers, vendors and competitors alike with respect and honesty at all times. We will continue to provide you with a wide range of products at reasonable prices

 

Payment Methods
You can place an order online using our secure server. We accept VISA or MasterCard. All orders must be accepted by your credit card company before product is shipped.

 

Return Procedures
The customer must contact us for a Return Authorization Number before returning product to us. The return authorization is valid for 10 business days. Your return number must appear on a copy of your Receipt when returning any item.

 

All original packaging and its COMPLETE contents must be returned in as-new, unmarked and undamaged condition, or a 15% restocking fee will be charged. We reserve the right to refuse any return on any product that does not meet these requirements.

 

Please use a return shipping method that issues tracking or identification numbers so that you can be assured that the item has been received by our Returns Department.

 

Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund within 7 days. All refunds will be credited to the charge account number used for original purchase. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

 

You are responsible for all return shipping costs. All returns to you are shipped by standard shipping at no charge to you.

 

Defective Returns
Items which are found to be defective within 10 days of the shipment date may be returned for an exchange for a new item. You are responsible for all return shipping costs. We will send you the replacement immediately (subject to availability) at no charge. You must call for a return authorization number prior to returning any products.

 

Shipping Methods
We ship via FedEx or best method. FedEx will not deliver to a PO Box. Please provide a physical address on all orders. You will be charged for any handling fees associated with any incorrect address information.

 

We reserve the right to reduce shipping costs for orders with low total weight, or to increase shipping costs for orders with excessive weight, which exceed dimensional weight levels or are being sent to remote areas where postage rates are higher than normal.  You will be contacted before shipment if extra shipping charges apply to your order.

 

We ship continental USA , Alaska and Hawaii . Call for shipping charges to Alaska and Hawaii .

 

Our goal is to ship all orders COMPLETE within 48 hours. If you order includes an item that is not in stock or backordered, your order will be held for shipment and shipped when the product becomes available. The Flour Sacks reserves the right to amend prices at any time.

 

The Flour Sack gift baskets and gift boxes are designed to make your gift giving easier. To make sure your gift meets these expectations and arrives on time we may occasionally substitute items that are no longer available, such as a container or food product. We will replace these items with equal or greater value products. We will take great care to select items that continue to meet your gift expectation in both value and quality.
